the moment you and your group step up to the registration
desk, you'll know we've seen to every detail to make your
retreat, meeting, or special event a success.
We
May Be Only a Few Hours Away from where you are, but we're a
world away in mind-set; providing the perfect backdrop in
any season for renewal or commitment. The McCloud Hotel
staff will be happy to make the arrangements you need to
have a successful event.

We've Created
a Versatile Meeting Room, much like our lobby with comfortable
seating, carpeting and amenities that will surprise you. It
nestles in on the lower level of the hotel occupying half the length of
the building. It's a restful room that adjusts to your
needs. The sofas and chairs seating area accommodates about 15
people. The more traditional conference table and chairs can seat
about 30 people.
Conference Room
Charge are $100 per day for groups occupying the hotel; $125 per day for
visitors. A $100 cleaning deposit is due at booking.

Escape
to a tranquil place where your comfort,
without distraction, is our primary goal.
Of course you can take your meeting outside.
Lawns, secluded conversation areas and a garden room
make great choices for a change of scenery. We
also arrange for, or prepare, delicious lunches
which are often served in the shady north yard. Afternoon
Receptions, Evening Coffee/Tea Service or Evening Port
Wine & Chocolate may also tempt you. Policies:
Please remind your guests that this is a non-smoking facility. The
hotel is not intended as a "Party Facility" and we're happy to
recommend other places in town to party. Offerings, policies and
rates are subject to change or availability.
We are a small, quiet
hotel concerned about the comfort of all our guests.
We require that any group occupying more than 5 rooms book
the whole hotel; 15 rooms.
A
25% non-refundable room deposit, a signed Letter of Agreement, and a
$100 cleaning deposit are required to confirm your reservation.
The non-refundable balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
